Gold · Welcome Bag Contribution
Gold Sponsors may provide one approved promotional or educational item for inclusion in attendee welcome bags. The sponsoring organization is responsible for producing and delivering the required quantity by the established conference deadline. All materials are subject to prior approval by CIRSx Global.
Platinum · Seat Drop
Each Platinum Sponsor may provide one approved promotional or educational item for placement at attendee seats during a designated conference break. CIRSx Global coordinates distribution to ensure appropriate timing and separation. The sponsor is responsible for production and delivery by the conference deadline. All materials are subject to prior approval.
