Don't kill people… don't make them sick… Don't kill the building… don't make it sick. If a building lasts a long time and is energy efficient it is "green" and "carbon sequestering." A "long time" is at least 3 mortgage periods — using "Joe Math" that is around 100 years. We can make it work… we just have to understand the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.
